I would add that they don't even write their own stuff and often have a "staff/team".

Another addition might be the narcissistic qualities that are often present. Ever wonder why so many get divorced?

My final addition is that many aren't really that nice. They have a small group of people they cross promote and are "in bed with" and in-debt themselves to one another. Or maybe I should say--in their back pocket.
